Refund policy

Because books from Aelion Library are printed and fulfilled through a print-on-demand partner, all sales are generally final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Refunds or replacements may be offered for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect orders.

We are unable to offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
